The Faculty of Arts at Mount Royal University is excited to announce that it is seeking submissions for the inaugural 2026 CURE conference celebrating undergraduate research in the Humanities and Social Sciences to be held 8-10 May 2026. Undergraduate students are invited to submit proposals (250 words maximum) for oral presentations (15 minutes), posters, lightning talks (5 minutes), or for the performance or presentation of creative work. All presentations will take place on the Mount Royal University Campus, in Calgary Alberta. Registration is complimentary for all accepted presenters and includes conference participation, attendance and meals.
Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best Paper Presentation in the Humanities
- Best Paper Presentation in the Social Sciences
- Best Poster Qualitative Methods
- Best Poster Quantitative Methods
- Prize for Exceptional Creative Work
ACCRU 2026 Annual General Meeting
- Date: May 25th and 26th
- Location: Royal Society of Canada Walter House in Ottawa
- Accommodations: Lord Elgin Hotel
